You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with its original tag and packaging. We do not compromise on this; it is a matter of respect.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless we made an error or the item is defective.

Email us at hello@anonymapparel.com with your order number, indicating the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return. We will confirm the procedure within 48 business hours, Monday to Friday.

Please pack the item carefully, as we will not accept items damaged during transit.

Due to stock management reasons, we do not offer exchanges. Please contact us at hello@anonymapparel.com before returning the item, which will be refunded within 14 days, and place a new order on the website.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and validation of the return, using the original payment method.
