Delivery

All orders are prepared and shipped from France within an average of 48 hours, with a maximum delay of 10 business days.

Delivery times depend solely on the carrier and the destination and are beyond our control.

As an indication:
Metropolitan France, 1 to 5 business days. Europe, 5 to 10 business days. International, 7 to 14 business days.

A tracking link is sent to you by email upon dispatch. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If the problem persists, please email us at hello@anonymapparel.com, stating your order number.

Delivery to a PO box is not possible. Deliveries are made only to your home, workplace, or a relay point.

Prices displayed on the website are ex-works France, excluding local taxes and customs duties of the destination country. These costs are your responsibility and vary according to local legislation. Please inquire with your customs office before ordering to avoid any surprises upon receipt.

In the event of a package refusal at customs, the incurred costs remain your responsibility and do not entitle you to an automatic refund.
